Frequently Asked Questions
How do I open a case?
Pick a case on the homepage, see its full contents, then sign in with Steam to open it. Your item is delivered to your Steam inventory.
Do I need a Steam account?
Yes — you sign in with Steam (one click, no password shared with us) so skins can be sent to your inventory.
Are the skins real?
Yes. Everything you unbox or buy is a real CS2 item that lands in your Steam inventory and can be traded or sold like any other skin.
How are the odds decided?
Case odds follow the standard CS2 rarity weighting and are provably fair. See How CS2 Cases Work for the full breakdown.
Is there a trade hold?
New items can carry Steam's standard trade hold (up to 7 days) depending on your account and authenticator status.
Can I sell my skins?
Yes — via the Steam Community Market or third-party marketplaces. See our guide on How to Sell CS2 Skins.
